1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we offer shipping only within Karnataka, India. Orders outside Karnataka cannot be processed at this time. We may expand our shipping zones in the future and update this policy accordingly.


2. Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of purchase, depending on the availability of the product.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on the specific location within Karnataka and the nature of the products.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These products may have longer delivery times due to production schedules. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeframe at the time of order.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the items ordered. The shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: For certain promotional periods or specific products, free shipping may be available. In such cases, the free shipping offer will be stated on the product page or during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Process

5. Damaged or Missing Items

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
